Historia

The villa is located on an urbanisation near to Moraira.
There is a local parade of shops within walking distance including restaurants, bars, supermarket & bakery.
There is also a large multi shop, Lidl supermarket and a Bowling alley at the end of the main road in the opposite direction.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, Master room overlooking the pool with kingsize bed, second bedroom with double bed and third bedroom with twin beds, all rooms are finished to a good standard with home comforts.
There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet and sink unit, there is also a second shower room with walk in shower, toilet and sink located to the rear of the garage, the washing machine is located in this bathroom also.
Comfortable living area with dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is a table and chairs on the naya for al fresco dining and a stone coal BBQ.
The pool is fitted with a child security fence for peace of mind for parents with young children. The fence can be removed giving you the option of having the fence for small children or without if not required.
Moraira is a small town in the La Marina about half way between Alicante 80 kms to its south and Valencia 108 kms to its north. Barcelona is 438 kms to the north. Moraira remains one of the most uFew people forget their visit to Moraira, and fewer still do not return on holiday here year after year, having discovered the jewel in the Costa Blanca's crown.
Moraira's roots are those of a small fishing village and one of the first things you realise when you arrive is that unlike the other resorts along the Spanish coastline, Moraira has not forgotten its roots. Although Moraira has grown in recent years, becoming one of the most popular destinations on the Costa Blanca it has not sold-out to the tourist boom and isn't plagued by the high rise buildings and overcrowding of other resorts.
The town centre and beaches are very clean and attractive and an obvious attention to detail has gone into the town's planning, this is apparent in every thing you see, including how easy it is to park in the town centre itself, essential if you are on holiday with children.
