Historia

This fabulous Spanish villa and attached guesthouse with its secure gated entrance caters for all types of holidays - Families, large groups and corporate weekends.

The villa comprises 4 King Bedrooms (all ensuite shower with the master bedroom incorporating a jacuzzi bath). One of the king bedrooms also incorporates a twin pull out day-bed and there are also 2 number single beds available where necessary.
There is a large Living Room with Sky Television, Kitchen-Dining area fitted with all modern appliances, Laundry Room with Washing machine. Sliding glass doors from the Living area lead on to the fantastic spacious patio area which has a large dining table, BBQ area and sofas for lounging during siestas. The garden provides for a large group with its numerous sun loungers and large grass area, perfect for kids to play. Oranges, Limes, Lemons, Mangoes and Avocados fill the fruit trees.

The adjoining self catering guesthouse sleeps up to 6 people. It has a private King bedroom and a large shared studio area with 2 double sofa beds. It also has a kitchen, shower room and toilet. The apartment has its own terrace opening onto the garden area.

As stated previously the villa has 4 King size bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has a twin pull out bed allowing this room to sleep 4 if necessary. There are also 2 further single beds available for the villa if needed. The adjoining apartment holds 1 King bedroom and also has 2 double sofa beds in the shared studio area.

Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.

Conditions

Refundable breakages deposit of €600 required together with rental payment, to be refunded within 10 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

25% of rental fee required to secure booking with a further 25% due 2 months before travel with the remainder due 4 weeks before travel. If you are booking within 4-6 weeks of your travel date then you must pay in full to secure booking.
