A lovely newly painted, modern apartment on a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course on Jardin 9. The apartment has a pool view and is available to rent in a quiet and tranquil part of Spain. Furnished to a high standard with all modern facilities, including WiFi, TV and air conditioning. It has an excellent fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, oven & grill. A large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, washing machine and all cutlery and crockery, glasses etc.

There are two double bedrooms, the first is equipped with a double bed, and the other room has x2 single beds. Each room has fitted wardrobes with plenty of hangers and a set of drawers. Bed linen is provided
The bathroom has an over bath shower and towels are provided
We have beach towels and loungers. The apartment is no smoking and no pets.

There are lovely views of the sunset from the roof terrace - excellent for al-fresco dining. We have recently had a pergola cover installed on the solarium to give shade from the midday sun for those who like to eat outside. If you are looking for a great chill-out holiday, then this is the place for you.

The complex centre (Al kazar) has a supermarket, several bars, restaurants including a pizza restaurant, beauty parlour and bakery. During the summer there is a market on the complex, coach trips out a local bus service available in the summer months.

For those of you who play golf, the course is a Jack Nicklaus signature design that will prove challenging for the best of golfers. You will find that the Condado club has a range of sporting activities (payable locally) to suit, such as football, basketball, tennis, paddle tennis, gym and bike hire. We are registered with Murcia tourist board
