Perfecto! Te ayudan desde antes de llegar a Madrid! Me ayudaron con la gestion de la tarjeta del metro y llego a sus oficinas asi cuando llegue a Madrid lo primero que hice fue pasar por alla y ya tenia lista mi tarjeta del metro, una sim card, y muchas recomendaciones de lugares donde ir. Tambien organizan muchas fiestas y viajes muy interesantes y baratos!

¡Lamentable experiencia! Trato frío, contestaciones tardías o inexistentes, pobre limpieza de habitación y calidad del inmobiliario, y actuación MUY deficiente en la gestión de plagas como CHINCHES, ÁCAROS, etc. ¡Poca preocupación por el inquilino!

Original i have been living here for months now since june 2020 . its really untrustworthy agency , the neighbors make noise almost every night during the week until 5-6 am and the agency doesnt care about it. the cleaning also isnt good enough and the bathrooms have problems most of the time. Also i wanted to change my room to a cheaper one but they lied to me saying that is reserved but i could see that they bringing paople to show the room which is very unprofessional behaviour. and lets see what will happen about the deposit when i leave the place and i will update my review telling you about deposit "policy" of this agency. if google had the option 0 star i would chose that one but becouse it doesnt have this option i give it one star.
