Historia

Hondon Valley Homes is a small business of dedicated staff, who all live in the area and have done so for many years. We speak Spanish, English, French, Dutch, German, Polish, Italian and Flemish.

We list a wide variety of properties throughout the Hondon area and further afield in La Romana, Macisvenda, Aspe, Pinoso and the surrounding areas with prices from 50.000€ to over 1,000,000€.

Our main business is resale properties, however there is an increasing demand for off plan properties and we work in conjunction with the most respected builder in the area (English speaking) with a wide variety of villa designs from smaller urban plots to large 10.000m + plots in the countryside.

We retain the services of the areas acknowledged legal specialists in rustic property conveyancing who, along with ourselves, will guide you in every aspect of the purchase of your dream property in this beautiful part of Spain.

We can offer advice to clients looking to sell or rent out their properties, so whatever your property requirements we are here to help.

We are on hand to assist you with other aspects of your move to Spain, such as, applications for NIE numbers, importing or purchasing cars, opening bank accounts, residency forms, health services etc. As we live in the area we hope that our customers eventually become our friends, so we are more than happy to help with every step of the process.

Misión

The stunning Hondon Valley and surrounding areas nestle in the Sierra Crevillente mountain range. It is an oasis of peace and tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle of the coast.

Properties in the valley are surrounded by vineyards, fruit orchards, and olive & almond groves with stunning views whichever way you look. The two principle villages of Hondon de las Nieves and Hondon de los Frailes have the authentic charm of a traditional Spanish village but with all the modern amenities expected for day to day living.

We also feature country properties in the surrounding area of La Romana, Pinoso, Fortuna, Albatera & Crevillente and our network of collaborating agents have properties in coastal and golf locations throughout the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida.

This is still part of the world where you know all your neighbours names, birthdays... and more importantly favourite drinks and where complete strangers will say good morning as they pass you in the street.
