Huelva Housing is a company that is responsible for providing services to students, especially foreigners, who choose the city of Huelva to carry out their study programs, internships or work.

Our team has extensive experience in search and selection of accommodation in our city,with the advantage of having made several international exchange programs in differents cities throughout the world.

We know how difficult it is to find accommodation in a city that is not yours, and how important it is to live in a comfortable environment when you're away from your house to have the best quality of life.

We are available seven days a week to help you finding the best accommodation.

OUR MISSION:
Huelva Housing members seek to promote equality of conditions and the full integration of students who come to Huelva to realize their dream of knowing the culture and customs of Spain from the comfort and calmness of being in the best hands.
We provide all the relevant information using appropriate means to promote their accessibility and permanence, and coexistence in diversity.

OUR SERVICES:
Our staff is able to attend you in English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. With 5 years of experience in the UHU, we offer the following services totally free of charge:
• Safe booking in advance of rooms and apartments through their website while looking for actual photos and geolocation of the flat or room;
• Prepare the receipts of payment and the legal rental contract between tenants and owners, where the basic rules that tenants and owners should follow are clearly stated;
• Arranging the meeting between you and the owner for the check-in;
• Help and assistance during travel, moving and check-in (helping with translation while meeting the owner for first time, checking the inventory together, giving you a set of keys, explaining you how the different applies of the house work and everything you’ll need).

We offer a comprehensive solution to accommodation with the possibility of hiring different services additionally such as:
• Late check-in service (if you arrive out from their working ours Mon-Fri 8am to 8pm)
• Maintenance and housekeeping

Our services are based on personal attention and
the search for quality for the sole purpose of obtaining the optimal solution for the student.

The houses are located in different neighborhoods
of the city with easy access to public transportation
and are rented exclusively to the members of Huelva Housing community.

With Huelva Housing you wil avoid the inconveniences and expenses of finding accommodation in a city that has never visited (Hotels, taxis, phone calls, eating out ,...), and you will be in the hands of local agents with extensive experience in international mobility programs and languages, who are familiar with their city and that may serve you as guides in your early days in Huelva.
