Historia

The offices of Jacaranda Spain are located in the Spanish town of Jalon. Predominantly covering the Jalon and Orba valleys and outwards towards the coastal towns of the Costa Blanca North.

The owner Rob Park has been living in this area and developing this real estate agency since 2010. Speaking Spanish, Dutch and English the company is well known and well connected with each of the towns and villages.

With a solid track record in listing and selling properties in these areas we offer an individual and personal service for buyers and sellers. Our offices are shared with the first class legal team of Marti Assessors in Jalon which covers every aspect of the sale making sure that all sales are watertight for buyers and sellers.

We work closely with the coastal agents in Denia, Javea, Moraira, Calpe and Altea. This can save the buyer, torn between a property near the sea or a more peaceful life 15 minutes inland, endless hours contacting different agents. At Jacaranda Spain, we do all the hard work for you.

The marketing descriptions & photography were excellent, pricing was entirely fair and over a 5-6 month period we refined the types of people viewing the property to really target the most likely  potential buyers. In the final month we received two good offers and once the deal was agreed great work by Jacaranda plus the two solicitors involved meant that we went from 'offer' to 'completion' in a record-breaking 11 working days! Having worked with Rob twice on sales/purchases in recent years we would certainly rate him as the most trustworthy & knowledgeable of local property agents. Thank you, Team Jacaranda.

Original My husband and I had been searching for a property for six years and had dealt with numerous estate agents prior to meeting Rob Park. From our first phone call with Rob, he listened to our desires, took time to research various properties, helped to rule out inappropriate properties and provided advice and guidance. When we did find the one property we fell in love with, over a period of time Rob was totally impartial between ourselves and the seller. Rob and Sofie came to inspect the villa to advise a selling price and explain the overall procedure.  We found them professional - extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and down to earth. Rob would normally have done a photo-shoot at this stage but he wasn’t quite happy with the current weather and how it would portray our property. He therefore put this off for several days in wait for a beautiful day. When we finally saw the photos we realised how right he had been. We were ecstatic when we saw the quality of the photos. We left the villa as our holiday period was finished and returned to the UK. A week or so later we got a phone call from Rob stating that he had a prospective buyer for our villa. After a period of meaningful and sensible over the phone discussion we came to an agreement which materialised into the sale of our villa. We couldn’t believe how quickly this had all happened. We travelled back to Jalon to complete the sale and ready the villa for handover. Sofie brought the buyers to meet us and for us to explain the workings of the property.  We were very happy to know that our villa, which we enjoyed for 14 years, was going to such a nice family.
