Hemos alquilado en familia una casa de Magic Javea durante varios veranos y siempre se han cumplido las expectativas. Muy atentos en el trato. Muy recomendables

Terrible customer experience, don’t return calls, don’t deal with complaints, worst villa company I’ve dealt with in 20 years renting villas in Spain. 
I’ve written 5 times with my complaint but don’t even get an acknowledgment, same whe we were there- very poor!

In the summertime I rented a house. Bad idea, very bad idea. Still haven't got my deposit back, instead only some pictures with no more digital information e.g date time taken. No serieus reaction according the complaints. No, I wouldn't recommend Magic Javea. i Noticed that there are people however liking Magic javea, for what its worth, mostly people that are connected with Magic Javea. Nice going guys, that will help your case.

Don't do business with this agency. They do not take your complaints seriously. And they don't give you the deposit back, they charge you for broken things you didn't break. Couch and a lamp, they were already broken at our arrival.

Warning! Don't do business with this agency Magic Javea with property manager Jose M. Cruz! Not as an villa owner as well as a customer who rents a villa via the agency magic Javea. We've had a bad experience with this agency and now we see they have deleted all the negative reviews of the last 6 months! We have read similar complaints about not refunding deposits or asr enormous amounts of money for damage witch is worth a fraction of that. So be aware also the people who rent there property via Magic Java, because the customer pays the deposit directly to Magic Javea and the owners will get the bad name. It's really a shame the property manager is thinking he can continue doing business this way. 

We rented the Villa Alqueria end of august 2017 for Two weeks. The furniture is very old and dated and ready to collapse. The matrasses are broken and very filthy. There are lots of cats around the house (8 - 12 of them). They also come into the house when the door or windows are open, so you have to "guard" the house of preventing the cats will enter. They poop and pee around the house also which you smell. After we complained about this the owner told us the cats are owned by the neighbours and so she couldn't do anything about it.......

After we left the house the property manager Jose M. Cruz, the property manager of Magic Java, told us we would get our deposit of 300,- back after one week. After 12 days nog having reimbursed the money and I mailed him asking for it, he responded we had damaged a lamp and the sofa. He sent us foto's of the damage and he didn't know the costs yet. First of all we never made de damages! Since the furniture is at least 10 - 15 years old and probably comes from a second-hand dump store or waste dump it's possible the damages already were there because they were on places you normally will not notice (underneath the sofa and on top of a tall lamp). But beside of that, after two weeks not hearing anything from them we called the Manger of Magic Javea and he told us we were liars because we claimed we didn’t were responsible for the damage and that he was not going to reimburse the 300,- euro! Really very bad way to run the business steeling money from your costumers! So watch out for this office magic Javea en renting Villa Alqueria in Jesus Probe.
