I've rented all my properties with Michelle over more than 10 years. Always been really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Her team will also pre-arrange services if required,  such as internet,so it's great for newbies who don't know where to go. Would highly recommend Michelle and her team for anyone looking for property in and around Javea.

Having rented my villa though Villa Mia on two separate occasions I can't praise Michelle and her all girl team highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble and not only was I happy but most importantly my tenant was happy with the service provided.

I have rented my property out twice from Villa Mia. I have always found their service to be very professional and communication to be very easy. Their office is in a great location at Javea Arenal and on both occasions they advertised my property and found tenants for me within a few weeks. If you are looking to rent out your property in the Javea area I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Please do not buy any homes or apartments from Michelle, not very happy with the service. Never attempt to contact this company if you can help it.  I felt ripped off with there services. Poor attitude from the owner Michelle.
