During our summer holiday she ensured we could visit them all together with Mike and were able to buy the apartment of our dreams. They supported us all the way to the transfer of the apartment last week. Karen is very responsive and will usually respond within the hour, including evenings and weekends. Thank you Karen and Mike in fulfilling our dream.
