PMSII, (Property Marbella Spain Invest International) a real estate Investment company founded in 2005, is dedicated to the purchase and sale, rental, management, construction and renovation of both commercial and residential real estate, with a focus on producing net investment returns for our clients of over 7 % annually. As a licensed real estate firm, we specialise in property investments. The two territories that we cover with Accredited expertise are: Marbella, Spain (España) and Toronto, Canada.

PMSII, (Property Marbella Spain Invest International) is fully owned and managed by Ancuta Neata, who is an Accredited Real estate/Estate Agent (Agente Inmobiliario) and Broker. Ms. Neata first started her career in Spain (España) as a translator, with her own company, Betty Traductora Disponible S.L. (2005), helping foreigners with translation and how to manoeuvre through the Spanish bureaucratic system and the legalities involved in buying and selling property in Spain (España). Through this experience, Ms. Neata witnessed numerous accounts whereby investors had unfortunately been mislead by unprofessional Agents and Companies who were not Accredited and perhaps were unaware of the complex legalities and the bureaucratic system here in Spain (España). These Agents and or companies placed the buyer in a position of extreme vulnerability. Ms. Neata decided she had had enough of witnessing these accounts and decided to get involved in real estate herself, determined to provide her customers with fair and unbiased advise and guidance to help them invest in a safe and legal manner in property in Spain (España). First, in spite of her practical experience in the business, Ms. Neata went back to school. She studied the business, procedures, legal implications of property transactions in Spain (España) and its Tax liabilities to both Residents and Non-Residents (Residentes y No Residentes).

She successfully graduated from Estudios de Empresa, Barcelona obtaining the appropriate accreditation as a Técnico En Gestión Inmobiliaria to practice as a Real Estate/Estate Agent (Agente Inmobiliario) and as a Real Estate Broker.

Ancuta Neata takes pride in knowing that her firm is the only one of its kind in Southern Spain (España), whose Accredited services are provided mainly by professional women only, who are also fully qualified and Accredited Real Estate/Estate Agent (Agente Inmobiliario) or Brokers. This makes us one of the few properly Accredited professional property firms in Southern Spain (España). We are also members of the Spanish Real estate Association, “Gestor Intermediario de Propiedades y Edificios” (GIPE) and we carry a fully comprehensive Professional Indemnity Insurance.

We speak Arabic, English, French, German, Italian, Mandarin, Romanian, Slovenian and of course perfectly in Spanish.
