Right from the initial email i sent them all the way to the end of my journey they have been nothing but Professional, friendly, helpful, insightful, trusting and knowledgable. I was lucky enough to meet with Chris who has been fantastic from start to finish, nothing was ever to much, from picking us up at the airport, to taking us out for lunch. His knowledge is second to none and thankfully with his and Lee’s help we managed to buy our dream holiday home. Chris supported us through every single process of the buy from opening a bank account to viewing properties to taking us to the local market to show us the local food and produce. If your looking to buy or rent abroad i can not  recommend the OCC enough. Ive already recommended them to all my friends and family and will continue keeping in contact with them going forward.

From the first day we met the guys and we where took around the areas and property we felt at ease and not under pressure one bit. We found the property for us in Villamartin and fell in love. From then, the guys where on hand to answer any questions or concerns of ours and even helped us get the wifi and TV installed for when we arrived. Nothing sorted.  There were other issues like I hired 2 high chairs but when I arrived discovered they weren’t hired they belonged to the villa and were mouldy and couldn’t be used. They brought us 1 new Ikea high chair which cost around €15 and they charged us €14 for hire. We hired an additional  travel cot and then had to pay €7 for hire of cot mattress sheet.
