Historia

Launched earlier this year, Pollentia Rentals is here to guide you through the sometimes daunting process of finding that perfect holiday rental place for you. We have a wide selection of beach front apartments, villas, townhouses and country houses, to accommodate all group sizes and budgets.

Set up by José, and as a new addition to the Pollentia Properties group, Pollentia Rentals is run by Charlie and Ben. They have both been living in Mallorca for over 10 years and have explored much of the island, by car, bike and through their running are here to help you, especially with all those ‘silly questions!’. The whole team is here to make your holiday perfect. We can advise you on the best beaches, restaurants, cycle routes and the ‘other Mallorca’, away from the crowded package holidays. Between us the team speaks English, Spanish, French, Italian, Swedish, German and Catalan, feel free to contact us in your own language.
