This is a new kind of Living Lab, not static but dynamic, as it will be moving across the world on a sailboat.

Historia

Sailing Living Lab is a unique and innovative project, open to collaborations with companies and individuals interested in testing new technologies in the open sea/high sea , where conditions are rough and challenging.
While the sailboat Acrobat be traveling around the world, the crew aboard will perform tests for all types of technologies and projects, including market products, research, and discovery.

Misión

Sailing Living Lab offers to its Technological Partners the possibility to test their developments on board the Acrobat sailing vessel, carrying out the specified tests to the embarked prototypes. We will give feed-back: results of the tests, problems detected, and will propose improvement solutions.
Talks and conferences are given in every stopover of the trips, and the project is well covered by media: press, radio, TV... Thus Sailing Living Lab helps to the dissemination and promotion of technologies that are being tested on board.
Commercial activities are performed, to help with the commercialization of the developments, to reach the market. It is not the purpose of the project to sell products to end customers, but it is to help by finding distributors-installers
