Danielle made the process really straightforward for us as we have a single point of contact instead of having to deal with lots of different people which is very different to how things work in the UK.  Danielle is very nice, she doesn’t put any pressure on you and is very laid back with her approach which really suits us. She always responds to our questions and has been a big help. She even drove us to all of the viewings that she arranged which was greatly appreciated.  We were lucky enough to find a villa that we have fallen in love with and Danielle helped us to secure a reservation.  We would not hesitate to use Danielle again if the need arose.

I moved here two years ago and used Sequre for my purchase and Signature for the total reform of my villa.  I have absolutely nothing but praise for the work that has been done and am thrilled with the result.  In fact I have recommended Steve and his team to anyone who needs work doing who are equally delighted with the quality and finish of work.   Javea is a very small community and I find it impossible to believe that if the comments below had even a modicum of truth to them that this company would still be in business today.  It is quite scandalous that reviews like this are allowed to be posted without any evidence base to the allegations made.  In my view they are a company par excellence and the after sales service second to none.

Had a bad experience with another local agent before we spoke to Rob and I have to say it was the best decision we made. Could not fault them - they even helped fix a broken tap and replacement door whilst we were stuck in the UK and couldn't get back to Spain - and didn't charge us any extra!
