Original My partner and I are so glad we chose VillaMia to find us a property in Jàvea. All the ladies were very helpful and they did everything to make sure we were happy. Their after sale service is 100% and since we only just moved to Spain they have gone the extra mile to give us information on anything we need outside of their usual services. We were also able to sort out our private health insurance in the same office which made things very easy and convenient for our family. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a property to buy or rent in Spain. All members of staff definitely deserve the 5 star rating.

I found that finding a good agent in Spain is very difficult as the sector seems to be quite unregulated HOWEVER when I found this company I knew they were a professional outfit. Michelle and the team were very honest and helpful  about each of the properties and answered all my questions. The contract was clear and concise and was also translated into English. They showed me around the houses and helped me understand how to use all the features. They were very helpful and friendly throughout my contract helping both me and the owner with any problems.At the end of the contract they checked everything and arranged for my deposit to be returned.They were always available to help with any questions and even guided me in buying bed linen and where to eat etc.  All in all VillaMia are very professional, friendly and attentive and I would highly recommend to both tenants and owners.
