We've used this company for years and they are great.  Always worth getting super relax insurance. Expensive but it's expensive for all. Rarely have to queue.  You need to take a mini bus 5 mins to depot but worth it. When we booked big airport based companies we've had to queue for hours. Not what's needed after a flight with kids! Staff speak good English.

I have rented many cars in Alicante! This was my first time at Victoria! A friend of mine suggested them too me !! I am 71 ! An ex lorry driver! The whole handling of my contract was superb !!! Nearly new car ! Prompt payment for unused fuel ! Well pleased

When we collected the car, were told by the clerk that on return of the car, we would be reimbursed for each 1/4 tank of fuel left. So with this in mind, we returned the car with just under 1/4 tank left, thinking we at that time of night we weren't bothered about the reimbursment, but were told at the desk we had to pay because it should have been returned with a full tank????
The clerk on the desk was extremely unhelpful and spoke very little English (supposedly!). When his colleague came in, who rented us the car and told us about the fuel refund, suddenly developed amnesia. The clerk would not let us leave until I had paid for a tank of fuel with a surcharge on top for them filling it up!

If I could put 0 stars, I would!

Very dodgy company, to be avoided.

Was told there would be no extra charge when collecting the car. Then we went to collect the car 220 euros was added after we had already pair £180 online??? Very untrustworthy.
